Focus employs a multi-lingual, multi-cultural staff with the skills and expertise to serve children and families from a variety of diverse ethnic, cultural, and economic backgrounds.   Focus personnel possess a range of skills and qualifications. All clinical staff have been trained in the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Our team is comprised of licensed Clinical Psychologists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Marriage and Family Therapists, MFT Interns, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Learning Disabilities Specialists, and highly-trained paraprofessional.  Our Behavior Interventionists speak a number of languages and we always work to make the best match between the service provider and family.
