Who does what?
Our Behavior Interventionists work in homes and schools of our clients, implementing strategies to minimize problem behaviors and promote new learning. Behavior Interventionists work directly under a Clinical Supervisor, who carries out assessments, develops intervention plans, and provides regular consultation and on-site supervision. Program Directors support Clinical Supervisors and staff and are responsible for the overall effectiveness of the services. Program Coordinators and other Administrative staff ensure that program reporting, billing, and other activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
