Focus on results.

Focus provides a comprehensive menu of services for children with developmental disabilities, their families, and schools. We frequently contribute to and are a part of IEP planning and IEP implementation. Our services include:

Behavioral Services, based on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis, provided in the home or school setting, including assessment and direct intervention services.

Social Skills Development programs including in-school groups, in-home intervention, and community support.

Training for parents and professionals including in-home parent support, classroom observation and teacher coaching, and workshop provision.

Psycho-social Support for affected children and adults, as well as their families.

Focus works closely and collaboratively with parents, teachers, and administrators to tailor programs to the specific needs of each child and family. We recognize that this process can be overwhelming and confusing, so we try to be as helpful as possible. Our What do all these letters mean?fact sheet can help parents learn the "language" of behavioral services and be more effective in discussing their child's needs with various individuals involved.
